MADE FROM SCRATCH
Is that fresh cilantro you taste? You bet! We make all of our dressings in our own kitchens from whole ingredients using exclusive recipes formulated by our chefs.
We also prepare all of our toppings and proteins on location, from scratch. From our crispy hand-breaded chicken to our crunchy toasted chickpeas, all the little nibbles that take our dishes from good to great are custom-made just for you.
We hear it all the time, “My salad was so...fresh!” That’s because we’ve bucked conventional industry thinking and reimagined our supply chain from the ground-up. It’s hard work but we know you can taste it in every bite.
We source organic ingredients whenever possible, which is a lot! In fact we’ve served over 30,000 lbs. of organic ingredients in the last year alone. Our commitment to supply chain integrity means we’re also creating a market for producers who are doing it right.
